They advised that the system was "red tagged" in "2004".This is an old chem. system. The problems found are as follows : 1.) appliances without coverage 2.) requierd 16" seperation 3.) due for repiping 4.) cylincers needed hydrostatic testing 5.) nozzle head covers missing 6.) portable extinguisher missing 7.) records of permit and last inspection not available The business was ordered to discontinue use of any cooking appliance located or protected by either system. They were to remain out of service untill the hood systems were inspected and tested in accordance to the provisions of this code. |
