EXTENSION CORD IS PROVIDING POWER TO A STORAGE SHED IN BACKYARD OF PROPERTY. THE EXTENSION CORD IS BURIED IN A TRENCH ABOUT 50 FEET LONG FROM THE DISCONNECT TO THE SHED.
