WENT TO SITE AND SPOKE WITH THE maintanance person. The electrical contractor was already doing the troubleshooting. I looked at the panelboard and the circuit breaker that was "smoking". The breaker was removed and will remain off untill the contractor repairs. Under this condition the safety of personel is safeguarded and no permits will be required. The case will be closed. |
