CHILLER SYSTEM IS DOWN. CONTRACTOR B&J HAS ALREADY INSPECTED AND PARTS ARE ON ORDER. COMPLEX IS PROVIDING SPACE HEATERS AS NEEDED AND IS WILLING TO PLACE ELDERLY OR DISABLED IF NEEDED. MANAGEMENT GAVE COPY OF INSPECTION AND PARTS LIST. ALSO LIST OF TENANTS WHO HAVE REQUESTED SPACE HEATERS. RM |
