TPD called due to interior celing falling, windows boarded and wiring issues. Tenant was taken away as part of TPD operations. Owner was notified and was atttempting to obtain a 24hr eviction of the tenant due to the circumstances of the case. The owner is aware of the problems and will take corrective action as soon as he able to regain control of the property. There have been some additions to the electrical system a the service panel which were done WOP. Windows were boarded from the inside as to provide fortification. Celing in utility room at ther rear of the house was falling due to damage from water leaks. House was posted "Do Not Enter." Follow up 5 days. Pictures in SIRE. |
