She stated that there was a main drain issue about a week following that was repaired immediately. At the present time there is no problem at the unit. After speaking with the owner I spoke again to the message taker for the complainant and someone was to call myself on Tuesday, December 26th and schedule a site visit. I received no such call. Case closed.

12/22/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Continued Called owner Margeaux Orr @ 16:25 on 12-22-06, left message. Called number for occupant 16:30 on 12-22-06 which was a number to a person whom could relay a message. The occupant does not have a telephone. The message taker stated she was on her way to see the occupant and would have her contact myself as soon as possible to schedule an Inspection for Tuesday 12-26-06.
