Upon inspection several violations exist. Trash and debris, weeds, and a vacant and neglected structure. The adjacent parcel, 129-11-001F, carrying the addresses 1018 and 1026 E. 22nd St and 1024 E. 23rd St has recently been sold. Present owner is RONCO PARK AVENUE, LLC. A notice of violatinon will be sent to the Statutory Agent. Follow up 30 days. |
