01/21/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND WORKERS ONSITE WORKING ON CENTER 0R NORTH DUPLEX. UNITS 5&6 ON THE EAST DUPLEX WERE COMPLETED BUT NOT GIVEN A FINAL INSPECTION DUE TO TEP NEEDING TO BRING POWER TO A POLE WHICH WOULD THEN FEED DUPLEXES. POLE HAS NOT YET BEEN ENERGIZED. CENTER DUPLEX IS VERY NEAR COMPLETION; DRYWALL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, AND FRAMING COMPLETED. CABINETS PAINT AND FLOORING AND ALL DOORS INSTALLED AND UNITS NEAR COMPLETION. WEST DUIPLEX NOT YET STARTED IS PRESENTLY BEING USED TO STORE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND HOPE TO START NO LATER THAN MID- FEBRUARY. EXTERIOR OF UNITS HAVE AGAIN BEEN REPAINTED DUE TO GRAFFITTI. WINDOWS REMAIN BOARDED DUE TO VANDALISM.MUCH PROGRESS MADE. * CHECKED PERMITS PLUS FOUND ONLY PARTIAL INSPECTIONS AND 2 APPROVALS PER UNIT. SPOKE TO TRACY AND INFORMED HER OF THE PROGRESS. TRACY PLANS TO MEET WITH OWNER. TRACY TO SET UP AND APPOINTMENT WITH JAVIER BARAJAS THE WEEK OF 2/22 - 2/26
04/07/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved COURT: MR BARAJAS AND ALAN MERRITT WERE PRESENT. JUDGE ZLATOW STATED THAT BECAUSE MR BARAJAS SECURED PERMITS AND BECAUSE D.S.D. GAVE HIM 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT WITH POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL TIME REWARDED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO, BUT TO IMPOSE ADDITIONAL FINES AND CLOSE THE COURT CASE.
