Inspected- met tenant Jared Knights onsite at 12:00. Trash and debris throughout property including interior of storage room(s). Unit 7: front door, bedroom door, and kitchen door have rotted/deteriorated jambs. Entry door handle doesn't work. No smoke alarm. Bathroom: tub doesn't drain, mirror cabinet coming loose from wall, tub faucets have no handles, no switchplate cover. Kitchen: pantry door nonfunctional due to missing bottom hinge, sink handle leaks when water turned on, gap in wall under kitchen sink where plumbing goes out, door to outside does not fit in frame- there is a large gap between top of door and frame, missing door handle.
