Complaint was assigned to me. With Dave Johnston, inspected property and units 8 (this w/o) and unit 38 (per phone call from tenant). Violations on property: trash accumulation by dumpster; unit 34 has boarded window; dead tree on north curb of property; east building has missing breaker covers; laundry room has an unconnected dryer vent and an open electrical box (no cover). Unit 8 violations: roaches, nonoperational smoke detector, nonoperational stove burners, spliced AC unit cord, nonoperational bathroom vent fan, hole in bathroom sink. Unit 38 violations: nonoperational stove burners, roaches, toilet seals leak, no smoke detector, nonoperational bathroom exhaust fan, bare light fixture/doesn't work in bathroom. MLC |
