DOOR JAMB HAS ROT AND/OR EVIDENT WATER DAMAGE TOWARDS BOTTOM AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT. DOOR ALSO STICKS WHEN TRYING TO OPEN. NO GFCI IN KITCHEN, BUT ONE HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE BATHROOM. CARPET IN HALLWAY IS LOOSE AND IS A TRIP HAZARD. WEATHERSTRIPPING IS LOOSE AND GAPING IN FRONT DOORWAY. ADDED NOTES: TENANTS STATE ONE STOVE BURNER IS NOT FUNCTIONAL AND THAT THE REFRIGERATOR IS POOLING CONDENSATION INSIDE THE REFRIGERATED SECTION, BUT NOT FREEZER. LRP
