Apparently this happend on the night of July 31st. The 3 of us (Jerry Orta, Carlos Portillo, and Dave Johnston) went to the site with the manager Sammy and she said that this was just a split second power outage and that everything is still open - operational as before. We showed Sammy and the maintenance man the violation at sewer section No. 1 that we had written up on the notice of violation. Sammy mentioned that she had not recieved anything yet. I told her that this was mailed out Friday. |

WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID THAT POWER HAD PARTIALLY GAVE OUT ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. ELECTION WAS CALLED AND THEY PORTIDLY ESTORED POWER.THE AFFECTED UNITS ARE 17,18,19 AND 20 WHICH ARE COMING OFF ONE DISCONNECT SWITCH RATED AT 200 SUPPOSE.UNITS 17 THROUGHT 20 HAVE ONLY 110 RATH SUPPLIED TO THEM. WE KNOKED ON ALL OF THE SMITH,BUT ANLY #18 SUSTAINED AND THE TENANT DID SAY THAT THEY ARE DOING FINE AT THIS TIME WITH COOLING.NOTE:#17 IN VACANT THE AMPORATION AT THIS SELRE (NO.5) RANGE FROM 25 TO 50 SUPER AND ALL ARE ON 200 SUP DISCONNECTED. THE SITUATION IN URGENT,BUT NOT AN EMERGENCY. A **** OF VIOLATION WILL FOLLOW. |
