They have provided all units requesting them with portable coolers which constitutes adequate cooling per code. Unit #115 was inspected. In bathroom: tile not sealed, seal around toilet needs replacing, toilet is wobbly, central diverter valve on shower missing seat, shower plumbing leaked per tenant and they tried to fix it but didn't, and left hole in ceiling. Cockroaches in bathroom. Ceiling ventilation intake filter too short. No smoke alarm in unit. Swimming pool fence not secure- west side missing bolts into concrete. MLC
