2) Rodent droppings and debris underneath lower kitchen cabinets.
3) Non-working security latches on the windows in the kitchen, living room and smaller bedroom.
4) Cooler blowing warm air, needs maintenance.
5) T111 siding deteriorating on east side of building.
6) Roof shingles deteriorating.
7) Pests (ants and roaches) coming through kitchen door.
8) Main door (west entrance) is inoperable. Main entrance door jam requires replacement.
9) Kitchen door (south entrance) has cracked moulding.
Occupant states that unit was not move-in ready as claimed by the owner. Has provided photo evidence. Upon my inspection of the residence, I observed that the occupant keeps the residence in a fairly clean and orderly.
