Tenant advised this was the move-in condition. Located area where pests are coming through. The areas identified are underneath the door, between the sliding window, and through a pet door that is sealed and not used by this tenant. Identified areas where leaks are coming through the vents; kitchen, living room and bathroom. Central A/C has been repaired and is working properly. Maintenance was on roof, possibly doing repairs to the leaks. No copies of work orders were provided to the tenant. Tenant also paid for exterminating services. Pest problem has been minimized since treatment (6/24/2006). No smoke detectors in this unit. |
