Property vacant. Pool is about half-full with green, stagnant water. The pool vinyl siding is also deteriorating. Blockwall surrounds the rear yard. The wrought iron fence that surrounds the pool is not properly secured but the gates to the rear yard from the front and alleyway are secured with a padlock. |
