WOODEN FENCING ON WESTSIDE IS APPROXIMETLY 80% COMPLETE SOME STRIPING STILL REMAINS ON 1 TEN FOOT SECTION & THEN OWNER WILL HAVE SECTION PAINTED.
3. TC 16-11 (C) ELECT SYS VIOLATION ABATED: WEATHER PROTECTION COVER INSTALLED AT EXTERIOR RECEP.
4. TC 16-11 (E) ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LANDINGS
VIOLATION NOT ABATED: 1 SECTION HAD BEEN REPAIRED & PAINTED LANDING BY SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS BEING WORKED ON. OWNER REQUESTED EXTENTION TO COMPLETE REPAIRS & STATED SHOULD BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS.
5.TC 16-11 (E) ACCESSOR STRUCTURES (AWNING)
VIOLATION ABATED: DELAPIDATED METAL AWNING USED AS CARPORT HAS BEEN REPAIRED, NEW STUDS INSTALLED & SECTION OF METAL CORRAGATED PANELS HAVE BEEN SECURED. OWNER HAS MADE GOOD PROGRESS.
EXTENTION GRANTED DUE TO GOOD PROGRESS BY OWNER EXTENTION WILL BE GRANTED TO COMPLETE REPAIRS TO LANDING & COMPLETE WEATER PROTECTION ON REMAINING 20% OF WOOD FENCING. FW/UP IN 30 DAYS.
