I VISITED THE UNIT, DID FIND IT VACANT, BEING AIRED OUT WINDOWS AND DOORS OPEN. DNR HAS NO FERTHER ISSUES OR JURIS DICTION AT THIS TIME. PICTURES TAKEN. CASE CLOSED.

ASKED ROB ABOUT POOL, POOL DID HAVE SELF CLOSING LATTCHING HARDWARE, GATE OPENED OUT AWAY FROM POOL AREA. LOCK WAS PLACED ON LATCH, rOB MENTIONED POOL WAS OPENED AT 8:00AM AND CLOSED AT 8:00PM. CLOSE CASE!!
