I THEN CALLED OWNER AND ASKED HER TO COME OVER TO UNIT TO GET SWAMP COOLER WORKING ON I WOULD HAVE TO CONDEM UNIT, OWNER STATED THAT SHE WOULD BE OVER. OWNER ARRIVED AND EXPLAINED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO FIX SWAMP COOLER AND IF NOT REPAIRED WOULD CONDEM UNIT, AND THAT A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WOULD BE ISSUED AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO SIGN.OWNER THEN WENT TO A UNIT A PICKUP A MAINTAINCE PERSONAL AND WE THEN WENT UP TO LOOK AT COOLER.FOUND PUMP BAD, SPIDER PLUGGED AND MOTOR MOUNTS WERE MISSING , EXPLAINED TO MAINTAINCE PERSONAL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. EXPLAINED TO OWNER WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIR COOLER , OWNER LEFT WITH PERSONAL AND I THEN ASKED TENANTIF THERE WAS ANY MORE PROBLEMS , TENANT STATED THAT YES AND SHE WOULD LIKE AN INSPECTION INIATED ON UNIT.
DID AN INSPECTION ON UNIT AND FOUND ITEMS AS FOLLOWS-
ELECTRIC-OUTLETS IN ADDITION NOT WORKING.
