STATED A RESTORATION COMPANY HAD DONE TEMPORARY REPAIRS BY PLACING PLASTIC TARPS OVER DAMAGED ROOF. DNR INSPECTOR INFORMED HER THAT RAIN IS FORCASTED FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS & NEED TO ADDRESS LEAKS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OWNER STATED THAT SHE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HER REALTOR BOB JONES WHO HAS BEEN INCHARGE OF DEALING WITH RESTORATION COMPANY & WILL CONTACT HIM AGAIN AND RELAY DNR CONCERNS ATTEMPTED CONTACTING CODWELL BANKER REALTOR BOB JONES, REQUESTED RETURN CALL REGARDING ROOF LEAKS AT LISTED ADDRESS. RECIVED CALL FORM BOB JONES, STATED HE IS IN DALLAS, GAVE RECENT HISTORY OF PROPERTY REGARDING PENDING SALE.HE ALSO STATED NEW OWNER WAS GIVEN CONCESSION FOR ROOFING DAMAGE & THAT INSUREANCE COMPONY WAS INVOLVED. SALE TO CLOSE ON 7-11-06, DNR ASKED ABOUT ARRANGMENT REGARDING PERMINENT ROOF REPAIRS. SE PAGE 2 OF 1 MR. TENANTS STATED THAT WHEN WATER ON THAT COOLER LEAKED SO BAD THAT CARPORT & VINYL TILE LIFTED UP, I FOUND SIGNS OF WATER DAMAGE TO VINYL & CARPET & WEST EXIT/ENTRANCE DOOR. AT ONE KITCHEN SINK WALL DETERIORATED, DIVERTER VALVE MISSING COMPONENTS, KITCHEN STOVE OVEN NOT WORKING AT ALL, MISSING KNOB ON STOVE OVEN CONTROL. TENANTS GAVE ME A # 7B SOMEONE THAT COLLECTS RENT THAT HANDLE CALLED BEVERLY, 663-0341, BEVERLY STATED THAT SHE WAS ONLY DOING A FAVOR TO PICK UP RENT & GAVE ME PHONE # TO REAL ESTATE AGENT THAT IS HANDLING SALE OF UNIT. CALLED BOB JONES AT 979-4404, BOB STATED THAT UNIT IS IN ESCROW & WILL CLOSE IN 10 DAYS, AND TO CALL BACK TOMORROW & HE WOULD GIVE TF & ADDRESS TO EXISTING OWNER & CALLED BOB JONES, BOB STATED THAT HE PERSONALLY HIRED HVAC CONTRACTOR & HE REPLACED 4 SWAMP COOLERS ON COMPLEX & ONE OF THEM WAS UNIT C. |
