STATED THAT THEY RENTED UNIT AND HAD NO ELECTRIC OR GAS TO UNIT AND GAS COMPANY STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT TURN ON UNTIL ELECTRIC WAS TURNED ON. BEEN IN UNIT 3 WEEKS AND OWNER SARAH CAME BY UNIT FRIDAY AND STATED THAT SHE WOULD PAY A $54.00 INSPECTION FEE AND TO HAVE UNIT TURNED ON BY TENANTS DUE TO POWER BEING OFF FOR OVER SIX MONTHS. SARAH CALLED AND STATED THAT THEY SOLD UNIT APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO. DAGOVERTO LOPEZ (SON IN HIS NAME) CALLED BECKY TO HAVE PEOPLE PLACED. INSPECTION CONSISTED OF TRASH AND DEBRIS ON EXTERIOR, PLUMBING SYSTEM NOT MAINTAINED (WATER LINE EXTERNAL), WEATHERIZATION - BROKEN WINDOW AND WINDOW TOO SMALL IN OPENING. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM INSIDE HAD HAD OPEN AND EXPOSED SOLE-PANEL, CEILING LIGHTS WERE OPEN AND EXPOSED. TOOK PICTURES, POSTED N.O.V. WILL TRY TO CONTACT NEW OWNER OF TRAILER. CONTACTED OWNER OF TRAILER PARK, OWNER STATED THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE WERE AND THAT THESE PEOPLE HAD CALLED HERE AND WANTED SPACE #27. OWNER STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT MOVE IN. OWNER STATED ALSO THAT SHE HAS SOLD MOBILE HOME TO DAGOVERTO LOPEZ AND THAT HE HAS NOT PAID RENTAL ON LOT SINCE PURCHASED. GOR BACK WITH TENANT, TENANT STATED HE DID GIVE A GOVERNMENT CHECK TO OWNERS HUSBAND FOR RENTAL ON UNIT #27. OWNER WAS CONTACTED AND I TOLD HER THAT SHE DID RECEIVE DOWN PAYMENT FOR SPACE #27 AND THAT WAS GIVEN TO HER HUSBAND. OWNER STATED THAT SHE COULD NOT VERIFY THIS DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE COULDN'T GET AHOLD OF HER HUSBAND. I THEN ASKED HER IF SHE WAS GOING TO GET UNIT #1 ELECTRICITY TURNED ON TO THIS UNIT. OWNER STATED THAT SHE HAD TRIED BUT TUCSON ELECTRIC CO. COULD NOT UNTIL NEXT DAY. GOT AHOLD OF BECKY YBARRA AND TOLD HER STATUS. BECKY MADE NECESSARY CONTACTS AND HAD A ROOM AT TODEWAY INN. TOLD ME TO CONTACT YELLOW CAB TO HAVE TENANTS PICKED UP AND TAKEN TO TODEWAY INN AND CALL HER BACK WHEN TAXI LEFT UNIT. CONTACTED YELLOW CAB, CAB ARRIVED, GOT TENANTS IN CAB, CALLED BECKY AND TOLD HER CAB WAS LEAVING. BECKY MET CAB AND PAID FARE. |
