04/17/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved MET W/OWNER OF TRAILER TO GO OVER REQUIREMENT OF REPAIRS AND HAVE NOTICE OF VIOLATION SIGNED. SHE SIGN NOV AND WOULD LET HER HUSBAND KNOW ON REPAIRS BEING REQUIRED. SHE ASKED IF SHE COLD GO INTO MOBILE HOME TO REMOVE ITEMS AND I SAID YES. SHE GOT ITEMS OUT AND LEFT WILL CHECK IN 10 DAYS.
04/16/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved UNIT WAS SHUT DOWN DUE TO FIRE NEXT DOOR AND HAS HEAT DAMAGE TO SIDING AND SHOWS WARPED IN METAL SIDING. HAD ELECTRICAL METR PULLED DUE TO GLASS ON METER BROKEN DUE TO HEAT AND NEED TO CHECK WIRING ON WALL FOR HEAT DAMAGE. THE MOBILE HOME HAS SOME BROKEN WINDOWS AND HAD TO CALL BATHCREST TO DO BOARD-UP OF WINDOWS. OWNER WAS TOLD THAT UNIT WAS GOING TO BE SHUT DOWN AND SHE COULD GET ITEMS OUT. SHE REMOVED ITEMS OUT AND LEFT SITE. BOARD UP WAS COMPLETED BY BATHCREST AND METER PULLED BY MGMT AND PUT FENCING ON OPENINGS TO PREVENT ENTRY. FENCING DONE BY CANYON FENCE WITH OTHER MOBILE HOME. WILL CHECK IN 10 DAYS.

DAMAGE RPT
ELECTRICIAL - METER PULLED DUE TO COVER WAS BROKEN. SOUTHE SIDE OF MH HAD A LARGE AMOUNT OF HEAT AND AREA NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY AN ELECTRICIAN FOR WIRE DAMAGE. HAS SOME WIRES ADDED BY COOLER NOT PROTECTED.
PLUMBING - OK, WATER HEATER FLOOR NEEDS TO BE SECURED OR REPLACED.
MECHANICAL - COOLER NEEDS TO BE PERMITTED ALL OTHER OK
BLDG- SOUTH EAST CORNER WAS DAMAGED TO HEAT ON SIDING AND BROKE 2 WINDOWS. HOME HAD NO SMOKE DETECTORS. INTERIOR OF HOME IS OK. ALL DAMAGE WAS TO EXTERIOR APPROX 30 LF. READ DOOR HAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS FROM FIRE AT SPAC #167.
