TALKED TO OWNER ABOUT PERSON LIVING IN BACK AND THAT WAS TOLD THERE IS NO WATER OR SEWER FACILITITES IN UNIT AND THAT I WAS GOING TO CONDEMN UNIT DUE TO NO WATER OR SEWER. MICHAEL TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ELECTRICAL UPGRADED ON UNIT THREE YEARS PRIOR AND KNOWS THAT THERE IS NO WATER OR SEWER HOOKUPS TO UNIT AND THAT THE PERSON LIVING IN UNIT WAS USING HIS BATHRM AND SHOWER.

WENT TO BACK OF UNIT AND TOOK PICTURES FOUND NO WATER OR SEWER HOOK UPS AND CONDEMNED UNIT AND HAD MICHAEL SIGN NOV AND THEN POSTED ON UNIT AND WENT BACK TO MICHAEL AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO GET ENGINEER PERMITS SUBMITTED AND SECURED AND GET AN CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND THEN SOME ONE CAN LIVE IN UNIT. WILL DO FW/UP IN 7 DAYS.
