RECEIVED A CALL FROM COMMUNICATION FROM FIRE WHERE CAR WENT THROUGH BUILDING. WHEN ARRIVED TO SITE, FOUND ENGINE PERSONAL AT 2411 E. ELM ST WITH TWO DIFFERENT INJURIES. CAR WAS AT 1601 N. TUCSON BLVD, SUITE 11, AT REAR OF BUILDING. TUCSON WATER CAME TO TURN OFF WATER WHERE VALUE HANDLE WAS BROKEN WHEN TRYING TO TURN OFF. WATER WAS RUNNING ON INSIDE OF BUILDING & WAS TURNED OFF AT METER BEHIND BUILDING CHECKED EXTERIOR WHERE CAR ENTERED THE STRUCTURE. WENT IN THE INTERIOR AREA & CHECKED DAMAGE. WHERE WINDOW & DOOR HAS BEARING POINTS THERE HAS BEEN DAMAGE TO BOTTOM AREA. OTHER SIDE HAS FULL BEARING TO FLOOR. THERE'S A FURR-OUT WALL TO HIDE PLUMBING LINES & ELECTRICAL WHICH HAS BEEN MOVED & ALL WENT WITH IT. DOUBLE BRICK UNDER WINDOW HAS BEEN PUSHED IN & GOING TOWARD DOOR & LOOSE IN AREAS. THERE WERE MOVABLE CABINETS THAT HAVE BEEN PUSHED WITH SOME EQUIPMENT DAMAGE. A CHAIR FOR PATENTS HAS BEEN MOVED & DAMAGED. THE EXTERIOR WALL SEEM TO PUSH AN INTERIOR WALL BY AN X-RAY ROOM. ALL ELECTRICAL WAS TURNED OFF BY OFFICE PERSONNEL. ONCE CAR WAS MOVED WAS ABLE TO CHECK DAMAGED AREA. EXTERIOR DOOR JAM BROKEN & PUSHED ALSO WITH DOOR. PORTION OF WALL BETWEEN CASEMENT WINDOW & DOOR HAS BEEN PUSHED IN & HAS A CRACK AT TOP BY HEADER AREAS. THE WINDOW HAS BEEN PUSHED IN ON SIDE BY DOOR. CALLED CONTRACTOR FOR BOARD UPS TO BRING 2 X 4'S TO SHORE UP SIDE BY DOOR. SHEETS WERE ADDED BY EXTERIOR & 2 X 4 ADDED TO INTERIOR AREA & SHOT TO WALL. DID MOVE SOME ITEMS THAT BELONG TO DENTAL AREA TO GAIN ACCESS TO AREA TO BE SECURED. SOME EQUIPMENT WERE DISONNECTED & GIVEN TO PERSONNEL FROM DENTAL. WAS ABLE TO CHECK ELECTRICAL WIRING & WAS NOT DAMAGED OR CRUSHED. WIRING WAS LOOSE BUT STILL INTACT. POWER THAT WAS TURNED OFF INSIDE WAS TURNED BACK ON. ONCE POWER WAS BACK ON AT SUB-PANEL, HAD DENTAL PERSONNEL CHECK ALL ITEMS OR MACHINES IF WERE OFF OR IF ALL POWER WAS RESTORED. CHECK ALL AREAS WHERE WIRE WAS EXPOSED & ALL WAS OK. DID CALL COMMUNICATION FOR FENCE PANELS TO BLOCK AREA DAMAGED, TO NOT GAIN ENTRY TO WALL. PANELS WERE INSTALLED ON EXTERIOR, REAR OF STRUCTURE, IN CASE OF FAILURE OF WALL. DID NOV & DAMAGE REPORT & MET OWNER TO GO OVER NOV. DID ADVISE THAT A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE WORK DONE. OWNER STATED THAT HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN. GAVE COPIES OF NOV & DAMAGE REPORT WITH CARD WITH CELL PHONE # TO OWNER OF BUILDING. WILL NEED TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH OWNER ON SHORING PROPERLY WHICH WAS CALLING INSURANCE. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS.
