02/14/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND A APPROXIMATELY 22' TRAVEL TRAILER IN THE EASEMENT NEXT TO 4882 S LINCOLN RIDGE TO THE SOUTH. FOUND NO ELECTRIC SUPPLYING UNIT, HAD NO LICENSE PLATE ON VIN NUMBER. JESSIE MULDANADO AND DAVE COX ARRIVED AT UNIT. TALKED TO TENANTS AT 4882 AND STATED THAT A NEIGHBOR HAD STOPPED BY AND ASKED IF THEY COULD PARK TRAVEL TRAILER IN REAR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. TENANTS STATED THAT TRAILER HAS BEEN IN EASEMENT FOR OVER A MONTH. DAVE COX THEN CALLED TPD OUT AND WHEN OFFICER ARRIVED HE TRIED TO RUN PLATES OR VIN AND NONE WAS FOUND. DUE TO UNIT NOT BEING IN STREET THEIR WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE EXCEPT POSSIBLE POST A 24 HOUR NOTICE TO REMOVE AND HOPEFULLY TRAILOER FROM EASEMENT. TALKED TO RICK SALDATE INSP. II AND UPDATED HIM ON CASE. DECIDED THAT AT THIS TIME WE HAD NO JURISDICTION ON TRAILER AND WE WOULD CLOSE CASE.
