THE DEVELOPER IS LOOKING FOR THE RELEASE OF BUILDING #3 AND NOT #9 AS SHOWN ON THIS PERMIT. THIS PERMIT IS DENIED AT THIS TIME, A TEMPORARY C OF O WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE DEVELOPER HAS PLACED TEMPORARY FENCE PANELS IN BETWEEN BLDG. #3 AND BLDG #18 ALONG THE NORTH HALF OF THE BLDGS. THIS IS REQUIRED BECAUSE OF THE WALL CONSTRUCTION THAT IS BEING DONE CURRENTLY IN THE AREA.
WE HAVE LOOKED AT OTHER ISSUES THAT HAVE BEEN NOTED DURING THIS WALK THROUGH PARTAINING TO THE SAFETY OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. ALL AREAS THAT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM SLOPE VALUES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PLACE HANDRAIL AS NOTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
THE DEVELOPER HAS QUESTIONED ABOUT THE USE OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC ADJACENT TO OVERHEAD CONSTRUCTION ON 2 STORY BUILDINGS. I HAVE ADVISED RON THAT HE WILL NEED TO SPEAK TO HIS BUILDING FINAL INSPECTOR FOR THE SITE FOR THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO SEEKING A C OF O FOR THE AREA.
