SITE WILL BE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT IT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS. THE DAMAGED DRIVEWAY SECTION NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH CONCRETE PRIOR TO THE FINAL RELEASE OF THIS PERMIT. THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF THE ASPHALT DRIVEWAY IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT AT THIS TIME. |
