THESE AREAS SHOULD MEASURE 24 FEET OF CLEAR ROADWAY FROM THE BOTTOMS OF THE CURB, AND ALL ROADWAYS AROUND THE PERIMETERS ONLY MEASURE 23.7 FEET. THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SMALLER DISTANCE CANNOT BE DONE WITHOUT HAVING A VARIANCE IN PLACE FOR THE CHANGE FROM THE CURRENT STANDARD. PLEASE CONTACT HEATHER THRALL WITH THE ZONING DEPARTMENT AT 201 N. STONE TO RESOLVE THIS CONDITION PRIOR TO RESCHEDULING THIS SITE FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS INSPECTION CONTACT DAVID ROBERTS AT 349-7643 AND I WILL ANSWER THE QUESTIONS THAT I CAN ABOUT THE ON-SITE ISSUES. 2) COMPLETE ALL OF THE ON-SITE WORK AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS, AND REMOVE ALL EXCESS MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN STOCK PILED ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES. IF THERE ARE AREAS OF DISTURBMENT THAT HAS BEEN CAUSED ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES DURING CONSTRUCTION THESE AREAS WILL NEED TO BE RE-VEGITATED AND APPROVED BY THE LANDSCAPING DEPARTMENT. 3) PROVIDE A CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR ALL ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED ON THIS SITE, VERIFYING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED PLANS. 4) REMOVE ALL S.W.P.P.P. MATERIAL FROM THE AREA AND PERFORM GENERAL CLEAN-UP OF THE SITE AS NEEDED TO REMOVE ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS. |
