11/15/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Not ready for Inspection Spoke to site super in regards to grades around site. Look low. Asked super to call for inspection once Magnum has installed A-B. Also contractor needs to start addressing SWPPP items in a timely manner.

2- Provide washout area per approved SWPPP plan.
3- Install controls in west entrance a long Valencia Rd.
Spoke to site super Danny, via cell phone at 1255 pm. Went over issues on the phone. If items are not address I will Stop Work Order.
