10/11/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with contractor on site went over changes to scuppers and sidewalks. Contractor raised scupper inlet.
10/03/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met with Duane site super. looked over scupper installation. Contractor needs to install scuppers with 6" opening for inlet. Per Standard Detail 205.
08/08/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor forming up scuppers, contractor has not provided approved revised drawings.
06/13/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with Hector (super) and Hillary (engineer) Discussed changes to approved drawings. I explained to Hillary and Hector that all changes to the drawings need to need to be approved by WillDan before final inspections.

05/17/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor installed construction entrance. Contractor still needs to address correction notice issued on 4/23/07.
04/23/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with Hector site super. Issued Correction Notice. Contractor needs to:
1- Clean all track out from site.
2- Clean all concrete wash out.
3- Install sidewalk scuppers, per approved plans.
4- Sidewalk not installed per DS.
5- Call in per con meeting.
6- Contractor needs to provide approved grading plan.
7- Provide scupper detail from engineer.
8- Have engineer provide crossection of north side of project (sidewalk).
Non-compliance will result in a Stop Work Order.
04/20/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to sweep up track out. Clean up concrete wash out. Set up meeting with contractor for 0900, 4/23/07. Contractor placed concrete sidewalk on north side of project at wrong elev. and did not install scuppers.
