Jim,

I received a phone call from Mr. Del Castillo from the AZ State Land Department. He is wondering where the City is in the process to cash out the re-seeding bond to stabilize this site. I have advised Mr. Del Castillo that is out of my purview and I would send this up the chain.

Would you please contact Mr. Del Castillo at 209-4262.

Thank you,

Nichole

Nichole-

Unfortunately, KB HOME and 250 South LLC no longer maintain any ownership interest in the Wingate / Stone Bluff property. The LLC defaulted on the purchase from the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD), and the property has reverted back to the ASLD. Therefore, please direct any comments or concerns to the ASLD. I have courtesy copied ASLD personnel in this reply. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Greg,

I wanted to touch base with you regarding the Wingate property. I have received a constituent complaint regarding the site. His concerns are logged in Permits Plus under the Stormwater Follow-up Inspection that can be accessed at http://www.tucsonaz.gov/webapp/DevSvcsWebApp/ires/inspresults.html

The comments are as follows:

-THE ORANGE CONSTRUCTION FENCING IS TORN AND LOOSE-BLOWING AROUND SITE
-ROCK FROM SCE IS BEING PULLED ONTO LINDERBROOK BY TRESPASSERS ON THE SITE
-TEMPORARY FENCE ALONG LINDERBROOK NEEDS MAINTENANCE-LOOSE WIRE
-THE WEEDS ON THE SITE ARE TUMBLEWEEDS AND WILL EVENTUALLY DRY UP AND END UP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
-WILDCAT DUMPING
-TRESPASSING BY ATVS, ILLEGAL DUMPING, NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS, ETC

Would you please let me know where I need to send the correction notice for these items. Also, is it possible to have the site "secured"?

Thanks,
