I have received a constituent complaint regarding the site. His concerns are logged in Permits Plus under the Stormwater Follow-up Inspection that can be accessed at http://www.tucsonaz.gov/webapp/DevSvcsWebApp/ires/inspresults.html The comments are as follows: -THE ORANGE CONSTRUCTION FENCING IS TORN AND LOOSE-BLOWING AROUND SITE -ROCK FROM SCE IS BEING PULLED ONTO LINDERBROOK BY TRESPASSERS ON THE SITE -TEMPORARY FENCE ALONG LINDERBROOK NEEDS MAINTENANCE-LOOSE WIRE -THE WEEDS ON THE SITE ARE TUMBLEWEEDS AND WILL EVENTUALLY DRY UP AND END UP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD -WILDCAT DUMPING -TRESPASSING BY ATVS, ILLEGAL DUMPING, NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS, ETC Would you please let me know where I need to send the correction notice for these items.
