04/30/2012 GRADING - FINAL Continued THE SITE WAS CHECKED AGAINST THE APPROVED PLANS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NEED ADDITIONAL ATTENTION PRIOR TO THE PERMIT BEING CLOSED.
1) REMOVE ALL OF THE STORMWATER CONTROLS THAT REMAIN ON THIS SITE, THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND ALONG ALL EXTERIOR PERIMETERS.
2) CLEAN ALL OF THE SOIL DEPOSITS FROM WITHIN THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND RETENTION/DETENTION BASINS.
3)REPAIR ALL DAMAGED SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS, AND WHEELCHAIR ACCESS RAMPS AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE SITE. THIS WILL INCLUDE ANY DAMAGE THAT SHOWS MOVEMENT WITHIN THE DAMAGED STRUCTURE. THIS WILL INCLUDE SIDEWALK AND W/C ACCESS RAMP ADJACENT TO LOT #37 AND BETWEEN LOTS #48 AND #49.
4) REPLACE ANY AND ALL MISSING OR DAMAGED STREET SIGNS WITHIN THE PROJECT LIMITS.
5) PERFORM GENERAL CLEANUP OF ALL AREAS WITHIN THE SITE PERIMETER PRIOR TO TURNING THIS SITE OVER TO THE CITY OF TUCSON.
6) PROVIDE THIS DEPARTMENT WITH A SET OF AS-BUILT DRAWINGS AND A CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD PRIOR TO REQUESTING THE FINAL RELEASE OF THE SITE AND THE CLOSING OF PERMITS AND BONDS.
(7) COMPLETE ALL COMMON AREAS AND DRAINAGE WAYS AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS, THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL INLET AND OUTLET STRUCTURES AND PIPES. ALL IMMENITIES THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE COMMON AREAS.

THIS MIGHT NOT BE A FINAL REPAIR LIST SINCE THE TRANSPORTATION AND TRAFFIC DEPARTMENTS WILL HAVE INSPECTIONS OF THIS SITE PRIOR TO GIVING THEIR FULL APPROVAL.
04/18/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued notice of violation (N.O.V.), Contractor needs to address:
1- Repair/replace SWPPP controls a long south end of project.
2- Install SWPPP controls in basin inlet.
3- Obtain a stockpiling permit for material stored on site.
Contractor given 3 days to address items. If items are not addressed will issue a stop work order. Spoke to Bill Reynolds via cell phone. Told Bill I would mail out N.O.V.
