I MET WITH ROBERT "BUCKY" STRUNK 631-5483, EXCAVATION CONTRACTOR TO DISCUSS THE SITE ISSUES AND REVEGETATION. SOME BAMBOO HAS BEEN REPLANTED, ADDITIONAL GRAVEL HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE AND THE STREET HAS BEEN SWEPT. THE COT/DOT SWEPT THE NEIGHBOR HOOD YESTERDAY AS A ROUTINE AREA SWEEPING OPERATION
I CONTACTED WALTER COOK 245-6797 THE HOME BUILDER WHO IS REPRESENTING THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY MARK GERSON 322-0930.
12/26/2006 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Not Applicable I MET WITH DEREK KERN, THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY AT 1441 N. TORINO. HE IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE REVEGETATION OF THE BAMBOO ON THE NORTH END OF HIS PROPERTY. HE ALSO STATED THAT HIS PROPERTY EXTENDS TO ALMOST 24' NORTH OF HIS FENCE. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS MEASURING 15" FROM THE SURVEYOR STAKE AND PIN. HE DOES NOT THINK THAT THE SURVEYOR PIN IS ACCURATE.

I WILL NOTIFY THE CONTRACTOR THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE REVEGETATION.

BUCKY (488-4535) WITH STRUNK EXCAVATING SAID THAT THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY ARE NEGOTIATING CORRECTIONS WITH THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER.
