Per ESB building pad built to 2407.00. The H.I. was .80. Wall opening showed 2.30. showing the wall elevation at 2405.50. Approx. 3" high. Contractor to make changes.
09/11/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Punch List, Grading and Engineering
1. Install basin per approved drawings.
2. Provide letter from engineer certifying basin and drainage. Per chapter XIV, section 14.2 (7).
3. Install wall openings per approved drawing.
4. Install riprap per approved drawing. (12" deep, see note 14)
5. Grade ally to a smooth uniform finish.
6. Clean up all debris from site. (asphalt left in basin)
7. Backfill all open holes.
8. Install gates on trash enclosure. Per approved drawings.
9. Clean parking area.
10. Install light poles.
11. Install scuppers per approved drawings. (type 1, see note 12)
12. Bolt down type 2-scupper lid. Northwest corner of parking area.
13. Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
14. Repair failure in parking lot.
15. Install asphalt per approved drawings.
16. Patch utility cut through parking lot.
17. Stripe parking lot.
18. Install all wheel stops.
19. Install H.C. parking.
20. Provide positive flow to scuppers, westside parking lot.
21. Install parking bumpers at extent of new development. (see note on approved drawings)
22. Provide asbuilt elevations for basin and wall openings.
23. Install bike parking.
24. Remove fence from driveway.
25. Backfill behind curb with proper material. (next to backflow preventer)
09/10/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with with builder and contractor in regards to what will be needed to release grading and engineering inspections.
09/06/2007 GRADING - FINAL Cancelled Contractor needs to:
1- Stabilize all areas distrubed by construction.
2- Backfill all open holes.
3- Provide all approved drawings for inspection.
02/23/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor submitted corrective action plan to Loren, Loren approved plan. Controls are in place and I removed stop work order.
01/16/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued stop work order. Contractor cleared entire site (see pictures), no stormwater controls installed. Approved permit calls for less then an acre disturbed area, contractor disturbed approx. 2 acres. Contractor needs an approved SWPPP.
