05/19/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor needs to:
1- Remove all spoil material from south side of project.
2- Stabilize lot south side of project.
3- Stabilize side slope next to trash enclosure.
03/10/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval OK for temp C of O for public access. Contractor still needs to complete final punch list and keep public access separated from construction activity and debris.
02/28/2008 GRADING - FINAL Denied Met Tony, and Jim F. on site. went over punch list. Jim showed Tony all major items.
02/25/2008 GRADING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to complete:
1- Depress all landscape areas 6" max for water harvesting. Per note 29, sheet 1.
2- Provide letter from Engineer in regards to chapter XIV, section 14.2 (7) of the C.O.T. Drainage Manual.
3- Install all rip rap work per approved detail 6, sheet 5. Extend as needed to cover all erosion.
4- Clean silt out of all basins and water harvesting areas.
5- Build all basins per approved details.
6- Provide positive drainage for all basins.
7- Have all revisions to drawings approved at 201 North Stone.
8- Complete all work around Cabana and Pool.
9- Complete all hand rail work.
10- Remove port-a-pottys from site.
11- Remove trash dumpsters from site.
12- Remove all mini mobile units and trailers from site or obtain permits.
13- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
14- Separate all construction activity and debris from public access.
15- Complete trash enclosure and provide access.
16- Complete 6' screen wall on east side of project. Per sheet 2.
17- Provide approved detail for all bleeder pipes.
18- Complete basin "B" discharge per approved details. Provide as-built elevation from discharge to scupper in right-a-way.
19- Clean all debris out of drainage channel south side of project. (trash, washout)
20- Install all weep holes in south side drainage per detail 7, sheet 4.
21- Complete hand rail around south side drainage channel.
22- Install sidewalk and scupper on south side of building per sheet 2.
23- Clean all wash out around site. Provide wash out area for sub-contractors.
24- Clean southeast corner of parking lot.
25- Complete sidewalk southeast side.
26- Install all bike parking per approved drawings.
27- Clean behind all scuppers, provide positive drainage.
28- Engineer needs to address basins holding water for longer then 24 hours. Wall opening to basins.
29- Address drainage across HC ramps front of building and parking areas on southwest corner of building.
30- Complete all HC signage.
31- Grout around bleeder pipe in basin "B".

Contractor will need to address items and call for re-inspection.
