HOWEVER, IF THE DEVELOPER ENCROCHES INTO THE 10' BUFFER AREA, SUPPLEMENTAL STABILIZATION WILL BE REQUIRED.

RECOMMEND:
1) COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF BASIN "B" PER THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN, MEET ALL DIMENSIONS AND ELEVATIONS SHOWN (4:1 SIDE SLOPES W/2' ELEVATION FROM BOTTOM OF BASIN TO TOP OF WEIR).
2) INSTALL A BIRM OR VALLEY GUTTER AT ENTRANCE OF SITE TO ALLOW STORM WATER TO CONTINUE TO DRAIN ALONG RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT INTO BASIN.
3) REMOVE SILT LAYER FROM BOTTOM OF BASIN AND SCARIFY.
4) WHEN PUMPING WATER OUT OF BASIN, USE A FABRIC SOCK OR STRAINER ATTACHED TO THE OUTLET PIPE, TO DROP SILT OUT PRIOR TO LEAVING SITE
