08/07/2007 GRADING - FINAL Denied This is a prelim punch list. IT IS NOT A COMPLETE PUNCH LIST, contractor will needs to call in re-inspection:
1- Provide letter from engineer in regards to D.S. chapter XIV, section 14.2(7). Regards to drainage and detention/retention basins.
2- Separate all construction activity and bedris from public access.
3- Complete all striping, per approved plans.
4- Install bike parking.
5- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction outside of grading limits.
6- Install rip rap pad north corner of project, per note 5 on the approved plans. (extend backside of wall and use filter fabric.)
7- Install outlet wier and wall openings, per approved drawings, detail 18 on sheet 5 of 5. Basin #1.
8- Install inspection ports to basin #1, per approved drawings, note 32 on sheet 3 of 5 and detail 23 on sheet 5 of 5.
9- Install all inlets to basin #1, per approved drawings, detail 21 and 22 sheet 5 of 5.
10- Have all changes to approved drawings, approved. submit revised drawings at 201 N. Stone.
11- Complete all concrete work or install safety barrier.
12- Install gates on trash enclosure, per approved drawings.
13- Clean trash out of gutter drain behind building 8.
14- Address note 26 and 27 on northeast corner per approved plans.
15- Install HC parking with trucated domes, per approved drawing.
16-Install all wheel stops, per approved drawing.
17- Install sidewalk, per note 12 on approved drawing.
18- Install outlet wier per approved drawing, rip rap opening, basin #2
19- Install rip rap, per approved drawings detail 15B. (end of gutter)
20- Provide info on note 4, cutoff wall. Sheet 2of 5.
21- Install water harvesting area, per note 34 on sheet 2 of 5.
22- Address erosion around basin #2.
Super on site given copy of inspection. Went over all items with super.
07/19/2007 GRADING - FINAL Cancelled IVRS - AP canceled
07/19/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to call in final inspection. Need to address drainage channel along Benson Highway, channel has erosion and slope bank for channel is 2 to 1 and less. Contrator needs to stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
03/20/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor installing north basin per approved plans. Contractor will need to provide conpaction test reports for basin bottom.
03/15/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Charlie, contractor complete excavtion for basin. Per approved drawings.
01/12/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not Applicable Met with concrete foreman on site. contractor to start grading streets on site 1/12/07. Contractor needs to keep 2 to 3% on all public access areas.
