05/20/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met with Joe site super on site to look at frontage access from Ajo. Contractor wants to delete. Will need a revised drawing showing all changes to site.
05/13/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Tri Miller no show from meeting.
05/08/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met with joe on site and went punch list. Walked gas station site, contractor still needs to address, 1- East basin elev, 2- Grouted rip rap installed per approved drawings, 3- Public access and 4- 12" pipe called out on approved drawings, for northeast side.

6- Repair or replace damaged pipe.
7- Complete loading zone. Per approved plan.
8- Complete all asphalt work south side of building.
9- Have all changes to approved plan re-approved before installed.

12/13/2007 GRADING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to complete punch list for release of gas station 1999 E. Ajo Way.
This punch list is only for the southeast corner of project:
1. Provide letter from engineer in regards to C.O.T. Drainage Manual, chapter XIV, section 14.2 (7).
2. Repair holes in asphalt.
3. Install rip rap on 2-12" CMP pipes that cross southeast entrance. Per approved drawings, note #19, detail Q/3 and H/2.
4. Install rip rap at all curb cuts. Per approved drawings, notes #3 and 16.
5. Install all curbing per approved drawings, note #1. (SD 209)
6. Complete all striping per approved drawings.
7. Install all curb cuts, per approved drawings, notes #3 and 16.
8. Stabilize all side slopes per the approved drawings.
9. Install basin on east side per the approved drawings.
10. Recess all landscape areas for water harvesting, per note #8, on approved drawings.
11. Paint post barricades in trash enclosure.
12. Install 12" CMP on north side of building, per approved drawings. (act. 4")
13. Install concrete catch basin per approved drawings, detail R/3.
14. Address ponding on northeast corner HC ramp.
15. Backfill around sidewalk northeast corner of project.
16. Complete all parking north side of building per approved drawings.
17. Address erosion northwest side of building. (per note #8 recess 6")
18. Complete public access from E. Ajo Way, per approved drawings.
19. Install concrete for loading zone southwest corner of building, per note #22 of approved drawings.
20. Install final lift of asphalt or adjust all utility manholes and boxes to grade.
21. Install 10' concrete pad in front of trash enclosure, per detail F/2 of the approved drawings.
22. Pin down all wheel stops, per detail D/2 on the approved drawings.
23. Install parking area on west, south and east side of building per note #22 of approved drawings.
24. Install drainage in rear of building per approved drawings.
25. Provide 24' PAAL for roadway north side of building. (act. 19'and 23')
26. Have engineer provide C.O.T. with approved revised drawing showing all changes for next inspection.
27. Engineer needs to address the use of asphalt in place of concrete. Provide data showing asphalt thickness.

10/23/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Spoke to project manager with Rio West. Explained I needed a phased plan for project for release of the gas station.
