3- Sweep main street northside of project. Stop track out from open lots.
4- Install controls at north entrance (westside) silt ran into streets.
Spoke to Pete site super. If items are not addressed I will issue a Notice Of Violation.
11/27/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued correction notice, contractor has 6 days to address:
1- Make repairs to SWPPP controls, wattle is broken, not staked down, falling in basin and buried on east and northeast side of project.
2- Clean washout from basin and around basin.
3- Provide invert elev. for all inlet and outlets. (stormpipe)
If items are not addressed will issue a Notice of violation or stop work order. Spoke to Pete site super in regards to.
11/14/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Spoke to site super Pete in regards to repairing SWPPP controls on site. Contractor to set up meeting time. If not will issue Notice of Violation.
10/22/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Repair wattle.
2- Clean catch basin.
3- Install wattle around catch basins.
4- Contractor needs to provide phased plan for release of gas station on the southeast corner.

1- Contractor does not have ant SWPPP doc.'s for site.
2- Controls not installed properly.
Faxed stormwater training info to Kyle for the National Stormwater Summit in Tucson on 9/5/07.
07/24/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Repair construction entrance. (track out)
2- Repair controls around catch basins.
3- Contractor needs to ensure wash out is used. (mason)
4- Repair controls around perimeter of project.
5- Replace controls around basin.
06/29/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued correction notice. Contractor has 4 days to complete:
1- Provide concrete wash out and ensure use by sub-contractors.
2- Clean up wash out around site.
3- Repair controls (SWPPP) around perimeter of project.
4- Install all controls per approved details.
5- Repair gaps in wattle.
If items are not addressed a notice of violation will be issed. Spoke to Kyle site super.

1- Install concrete wash out area.
2- Ensure sub-contractors use wash out area.

05/17/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to repair/replace silt fence. Spoke to Scott (271-5913) in regards to issue. Kyle will be new super on site (661-8454). Contractor still needs to provide as-builts for installed stormsewer pipe.
04/23/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval No stormwater concerns at this time. Contractor installing water lines. Contractor still has not provided as-builts elev. for stormwater piping.

Also received complaint call for home owner on Jason Vista Rd. Contractor filling water truck from hyd. on Jason Vista. Home owner complained about the amount of mud being made by truck driver. Spoke to Scott site super and explained that he needs to keep area clean or find a new hyd. to use.
