11/20/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Spoke to Ron and Kerry in regards to final inspections (grading and engineering) as early as possible. So punch list can be addressed. Also in regards to repairing drainage channel, curb and sidewalk inspection, letter from engineer in regards to underminded sidewalk and scuppers.
11/19/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to address drain on west side not per approved drawings. Contractor needs to call in final inspections.
10/17/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Spoke to site super in regards to:
1- Not exceeding the property line on the southwest corner with drainage channel.
2- Keeping stockpiled material behind sidewalk and off of road way.
3- Making sure water harvesting areas are installed where called out.
4- Need to stabilized road cut by Best on east side of project. (not within property limits)
10/08/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL MESSAGE IS BEING ADDED TO THIS RECORD TO CLARIFY THAT THE TRASH ENCLOSURE HAS BEEN NOTED AS NOT PER OUR DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS BUT IS BEING ACCEPTED BY ANDY VERA WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES.
"Good morning Chris,
After visiting the site at 2660 E. Medina my findings are that the refuse enclosure dimension from front to back, although not to standard, will work as is.
However, during my inspection I observed that the gates were not equipped with the ability to be secured in the open position during service. Please ensure that some type of positive locking and/or anchor system is added to the gates along with the proper sleeve type flush within the concrete slab to allow for securing the gates in the open position.

This is a request to consider our dumpster enclosure inside dimensions which are 9'-7" from front to back ( bollards to back of gate). The side to side dimensions exceed the city's requirements.

10/04/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required STOPPED BY THE SITE TO CHECK THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE SAFETY BARRIER AROUND THE RETENTION/DETENTION BASIN. IT APPEARS THAT THE SITE WILL REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION OF THE SAFETY BARRIER AROUND ALL SIDES OF THE BASIN EXCEPT IN THE AREA WEST OF THE TRASH DUMPSTERS AND ALONG THE NORTHSIDE OF THE BASIN WHERE AN EXISTING FENCE IS PRESENTLY LOCATED. THE SLOPE RATIOS OF THE BASIN SIDE SLOPES ARE LESS THAN 2:1, AND THE DEPTH OF THE BASIN AT ALL LOCATIONS IS GREATER THAN 2'.
10/02/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not Applicable On site to take pictures of east side. Contractor needs to make minor repairs to wattle on southwest side. Sweep streets.
09/25/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Met on site with Ronald Smith engineer, Carrie Fisher owner rep. and Chris Bush site super. Went over SWPPP issues and basin on east side of project. I explained if they do not want to install safety barrier on east side around channel and basin they will need to talk to Loren Makus, engineering reviewer.
11/29/2006 GRADING - FINAL Denied Met with Will in regards to sport court and temp construction trailer.
