1- Drainage channel side slopes on east side of project.
2- Hand rail along channel.
3- Provide asbuilt elevation for east side curb work.
4- Contractor using drawings that is not approved for construction. I told Chris they should be using the approved drawings. I explained when the final inspection is called in I will use the approved drawings. Chris said he had checked the drawings and they are the same.
5- Sweep streets.

08/24/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Site still not ready for inspection. I asked Chris Site super how much time does he he to get the site in complaince. Chris said he needed untill Tuesday 8/28/07. I told Chris he had until Tuesday 1500 hours. If the site is not in complaince I will issue a stop work order. This is the 3rd. inspection in 5 days and site still is not in complaince.
08/23/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor given an additional 24 hours to address correction notice. Site not ready for inspection. Spoke to Chris Bush site super in regards to issue.
08/21/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued correction notice. Contractor given 2 days to:
1- Clean street west side of building.
2- Clean silt from curb cuts.
3- Address curb cut south side of project. (underminded)
4- Address wash out southeast side. (in basin/drainage channel)
If contractor does not address items will issue Notice of Violation. Spoke to Chris Bush site super in regards to issues.
08/01/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to clean up site track out. All the way to Tucson BLVD.
07/27/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to address items 3 and 4 from inspection dated 7/25/07. Walked site with super went over remaining items.
07/25/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Received complaint call from Clarion Hotel 6801 S. Tucson Blvd. Durning the rain from 7/24/07 mud ran off the Marriott Inn site into the parking lot of the Clarion. After my inspection of the Marriott Inn today I issued a Correction Notice giving the contractor 2 days to make repairs to:
1- Contractor needs to replace/repair stormwater controls around perimeter of project.
2- Install controls in scuppers and curb cuts. (erosion behind curb cuts and mud washing out into paved areas)
3- Clean mud from parking lot of Clarion Hotel 6801 S. Tucson Blvd.
4- Clean all wash out from detentiion basin. Ensure sub-contractor use wash out area.
5- Contractor needs to complete SWPPP inspection per AZ permit. (no inspection since 2/07)
6- Repair construction entrance.
If contractor does not address items I will issue a stop work order. Spoke to site super in regards to issues.
07/19/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued correction notice, contractor needs to:
1- Repair/replace wattle around site. (around perimeter)
2- Clean wash out from basin.
3- Remove sand and stop all activity in basin.
4- Repair construction entrance.
5- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction outside of grading limits.
6- Stop all activity outside of grading limits.
Contractor has 4 days to address issues. If issues are not addressed I will issue a notice of violation. Spoke to site super in regards to.
