02/20/2009 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval LOOKED OVER THE SITE AND HAVE CONCERNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY NOTED: 1) FULLY INSTALL AND CLEAR ALL ROOF DRAINAGE OUTLETS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE COMPLEX LOCATED NEAR OR IN THE TREE WELLS. 2) COMPLETE THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE INSTALLATION BY REMOVING ALL CONSTRUCTION FORM MATERIAL AND PATCHING VOIDS IN THE CONCRETE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE, AND PATCH ALL EXISTING ASPHALT CONCRETE DAMAGED DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ACCESS ENTRANCES. 3) HANDICAP ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING IS NOT AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS FOR THIS SITE, ALL MODIFICATIONS WILL NEED TO BE NOTED ON THE PLANS PRIOR TO THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPENCY. 4) COMPLETE ALL ROCK RIP RAP AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS PRIOR TO REQUESTING THE FINAL INSPECTION. 5) THE SLOPES ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE NORTHERN PARKING LOT ARE TOO STEEP AND WIL REQUIRE POSSIBLE HAND RAIL PLACEMENT IN THE AREA BETWEEN THE PARKING SPACES AND THE SLOPE PAVEMENT FOR THE LAST 5 SOUTHERN SPACES LOCATED NORTHWEST OF BLDG. #3.

TWO ROOF DRAINS HAVE BEEN NOTED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF BLDG #1 IN THE SOUTHWEST AND NORTHWEST CORNERS OF THE BUILDING THAT ARE DEPOSITING DIRECTLY ONTO THE SIDEWALKS ADJACENT TO THESE LOCATIONS. ALL WATER FROM THE ROOF DRAINAGE IS TO BE PASSED UNDERNEATH ALL PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AREAS AND NOT DEPOSITED DIRECTLY ONTO THE SIDEWALKS.

ALL PREVIOUS COMMENTS STILL NEE TO BE ADDRESSED AT THIS TIME IF THEY HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED.
