Basin is Footprint of Soccer Field. The inlet comes in at the SW corner of field. At the NW corner of field is a 10” Drain Pipe outlet. This pipe runs submerged west past the Basketball court to a spot behind (North) of a utility building just west of court. This End of pipe is clogged. Maintenance Crew has been informed pipe should be unclogged to function as Storm Basin was designed |
