Basin walls are washing out, eroding at the sidewalk and south fence, will need better stabilization. Several large pieces of rubbish, will need cleaned out. Basin floor appears to have significant sediment build up and there is no visible drain if one ever existed, will need cleaned out to allow proper percolation. |
