I am sending you a highlighted map with parcel numbers and associated owner information via regular mail. I have attached the pictures from the last rain event and standing water in the portion of the project where you are currently working. There are other standing water issues in the subdivision including the area that is Lennar/US Home's. Additionally, I have checked our files here and there have been no basin certifications for any of the basins in your portion or the older portion of this project. This requirement can be found in the "Standard Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management in Tucson, Arizona", page 14.03, Chapter 14 section 2.7 "Prior to issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy for a development, where required, or the release of assurances for a subdivision, Building Safety and Floodplain Section staff must receive a certificate form an Arizona Registered Professional Civil Engineer stating that the drainageways and detention/retention basins have been constructed in accordance with the approved plans."
