08/23/2024 COT - BASN - Drainage/Basin - Annual Inspection - Recur Basin - Poor this basin was inspected on this date and the following items have been noted. Standing water in the basin appears to have been there for quite a few days. Sediment and concrete noted being deposited in the basin. Trails of sediment from the building and what appears to be construction residue of a concrete nature is west end of the building and is running into basin and has left a sediment trail from the building, down the roadway and runs into the inlet structure.
12/16/2024 COT - BASN - Drainage/Basin - Annual Inspection - Recur Basin - Fair Basin has some overgrowth and trash accumulated, needs to be cleared out and maintained. Basin appears to be functional.
