Hi all, I spoke with Jeff this morning regarding the basin at Desert Oasis. I informed him that the HOA does need to address the silt situation for this basin. The basin is showing high water marks from where the moisture is being retained and by Jeff's own admission, they did have problems with the basin during the rainy season. The basin contains at least 2-4 inches of silt within the basin itself. Additionally, the basin outlets need to be cleared of silt and debris on both the inlet and outlet sides of the pipe. There is also some minor erosion at the inlet and north end of the basin. Jeff was going to present this information to the homeowners this evening. We agreed that we would allow the HOA 90 days to complete these repairs before reinspecting the property. >>> Elizabeth Eberbach 01/16/2007 4:55 PM >>> RE: T06BA00041 Ward 4 Jeff (323-1666) from Desert Oasis HOA just called and wanted clarification as to whether his HOA's basin inspection was indeed approved (per Jim's approval inspection date 15SEP06) or whether there are specific basin maintenance items that they need to address, per inspection notes from that date and after that date per Malena. They have a HOA meeting tonight but I told him that at this time I was unable to determine status. I said that I would ask that one of you call him in the AM. He is also concerned about pending citations. Could you please update Laith (and the activity in P+)for clarification of status? Thanks, E-beth |
