WHITE STATED THAT HE DID RECEIVE THE CITATION AND SHOWED UP FOR THE COURT HEARING, HOWEVER THE INSPECTOR DID NOT SHOW UP THEREFORE CITATION WAS DISMISSED. ADVISED HIM THAT I WOULD LEAVE A COPY OF THE HOME OCCUPATION AND MAKE CONTACT WITH HIM AT A LATER DATE TO DISCUSS THE PARKING AND OR STORING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLE ON SITE. |
