Remodeling occurring on the inside; painting, new doors, carpet, appliances, flooring, etc. Residence is currently not occupied due to the work being done. She informed me they are working as quickly as possible so that they can move there belongings back into the house. She told me when they requested the storage unit, they asked the city if it would be a problem to store it in the front, and she was told that there would not be any problems. Informed her that for a short period of time it might be acceptable, but for more than a year it can start to appear more permanent. She understood and I told her that if they need the unit longer, that it should be moved to the side yard and meet setbacks. She said that it is there goal to complete the project by June 1 so that they can move back in, and eliminate all the harassment. | |
