1152: Appears that existing porch in rear yard had a post replaced that has encroached onto 1012 N. Constitution. This has forced the common fence to be shifted north. Porch does not meet current setback requirements. It also looks as if the porch is going to eventually be enclosed or turned into another room. See photos. |
